1 Insert A New Title

To insert a new title click one of the two buttons in the bottom/right:

• INSERT AT CURRENT TIME: insert a new title with the current time as start-time (Shortcut: CTRL + N or INSERT)
• INSERT AT END: insert a new title with the last title`s end-time as start-time plus 0.100* (Shortcut: ENTER or CTRL + SHIFT + N or SHIFT + INSERT)

*this value can be adjusted in the preferences

2 Adjusting The Show-/Hide-Time-Values

Click the buttons left of the text input fields to turn the current time to the start-/end-time (Shortcut: CTRL + ARROW UP/DOWN). You can also use the text fields to set the time manually.

3 Loop And Glue Button

Click the loop button to play the video from the current show- to end-time in a loop. With the glue button you can set the hide-time value of the selected title minus 0.001 second of the following show-time (Shortcut: CTRL + g).

4 Formatting

Add formatting to the titles (bold,italic,align,...) with the editor buttons. You can show/hide all or some editor buttons in the preferences (menu: Edit-Preferences).

5 Changing An Existing Subtitle

To change your subtitle simply double-click the subtitles in the list on the right (Shortcut: e - press "e" a second time to select the text field of the current title click the escape key to get rid of the focus and a second time to deselect the current title).

6 Context Menu

With right mouse click on the titles you can open the context-menu which offers additional features. All items work as expected. For "Split @ current position" a title`s text field needs to have focus.
